We build vehicles that move among people, and agents that make decisions about real operations. That double responsibility calls for written rules, not good intentions.
Honesty, transparency and integrity govern every relationship at Mothium: with customers, with the people who work here, with industrial partners, with suppliers and with public bodies. We don't promise what doesn't exist, we don't sell as operational what isn't, and every figure we publish can be traced back to its source.
We take part in the CEN and UNE committees where European regulation for light cargo vehicles is developed, because we believe a new sector needs rules before shortcuts. We support regulation that makes the use of professional electric vehicles and automation safe and responsible, and we work so that public bodies, legislators and customers clearly understand the real capabilities and limits of this technology, without overstating them.
Our agents assist the people who run fleets: they propose and carry out tasks, but decisions with consequences remain human and auditable. We design with product cybersecurity and the protection of our customers' operating data in mind.
We reject any form of discrimination, harassment or degrading treatment. We require our suppliers to provide decent working conditions and to respect environmental and safety regulation. We manufacture in Europe to European standards, and that includes those who manufacture with us.
Zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments and any anti-competitive practice. Conflicts of interest are declared before they exist, not afterwards. Confidential information belonging to customers and partners is protected inside and outside Mothium.
Anyone connected to Mothium (employees, partners, customers, suppliers or collaborators) can report a possible breach of this code. Every report is assessed carefully and treated in the strictest confidence, with no retaliation of any kind against anyone who reports in good faith.
